Yoga's Rock Stars
Hi Everyone,
The L.A. Times printed an interesting article on Yoga's Rock Stars - Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest, Ana Forrest, and Duncan Wong. Funny enough, the first three are amongst my favorite teachers - I've studied with Shiva and Bryan for 8 years, now. And my formal training is with Shiva and Ana. Duncan Wong is the only one I haven't experienced, yet, but am VERY curious about how he teaches.
